Michael Blonsky

Michael moved to Mason Hill with his family in July 2025. Originally from New York, Michael went to Tufts University in Boston as an undergrad and did his Masters of Science in Business and Technology (combined MBA and Tech degree) at Johns Hopkins University. Professionally, Michael worked at a tech company in Baltimore, MD to start his career and then moved into consulting at Anderson Consulting (Accenture) in DC and Chicago. Michael lived in Toronto for a few years building software for Royal Bank of Canada before moving back to the US. He spent 20+ years in the Bay Area between consulting, big tech and startup companies in mostly customer facing technical roles. When Michael met and married his wife Yuwathida Blonsky, they were living in San Francisco and he was working as CTO at an Oakland based non-profit. In 2015, they moved to Las Vegas to be closer to Michael's parents and family which is where they made a shift and started their own real estate business called Change Real Estate. Michael is the Broker/Owner of Change Real Estate and is licensed in Virginia, Maryland, DC, Nevada and California. While working full time in the real estate space, Michael has also developed software for the industry that he uses to help run his firm and ensure his agents and clients are fully protected during the buying and selling process.
